What's On the Menu? Portobella Mushroom Pizza

Ingredients
1 large portobello mushroom cap, stem removed and gills scraped
1 tb pizza sauce (your choice, I just buy store bought)
1/2 c mozzarella cheese
6-8 sliced black olives
Calories: 235

Directions
1. Preheat over to 375 degrees
2. Clean up mushroom cap by pulling the stem out and scraping the gills with a butter knife or spoon. Run under water to clean the mushroom and make sure the cap is COMPLETELY dry before you attempt to cook it. *Chef's Note- When you are scrapping and cleaning the gills out of your mushroom cap, be VERY careful. I broke a few of the sides on it which is why my pizza looks like it's just a bunch of cheese and olives. I PROMISE there was a mushroom under there! Haha!
3. Place mushroom on a baking sheet, bottom facing up, and bake for 5 minutes.
4. Remove from the oven, spread sauce, then top with your choice of toppings and cheese.
5. Bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
6. Serve and enjoy!

This was my first time attempting to make this so I promise as soon as I have a better picture, I will post it in place of the current one. :)
