What's On the Menu? Low-Fat Strawberry-Banana Smoothie


Ingredients
8 to 10 Frozen, unsweetened, Strawberries
1 Banana
1 c of ice (about 5-6 cubes)
1/2 c Strawberry Non-Fat Yogurt (Or you can use plain vanilla)
1/2 c 1% Low fat Milk
Yields 2 8oz servings
Total Calories per serving: 145

Directions
Just combine all ingredients in a blender until desired smoothness!
-If you want your smoothies creamier, add 3/4 c of Yogurt, 1/4 c of Milk
-If you want your smoothies thinner, add 3/4 c of Milk, 1/4 c of Yogurt
-If you want your smoothies icier, just add more ice!
*Chef's Note- adding/decreasing any ingredients will increase/decrease the calories as well!
