Week 5 - Day 1

Today marks the beginning of a new week! I can proudly say that I lost another 1.8lbs since last week. With as easy as it's been.... well, not easy.. it's HARD work... but with as rewarding as it's been and as it's felt, I find it kind of strange that it took me this long to literally get up off my ass and get to work on losing the weight. I will willingly admit that I'm not exactly the most self-motivated person there is, but I've made this a part of my life and now it feels weird when I skip a gym day. I never thought 5 years ago, hell even 10 years ago, that I'd be a 'gym-goer'. Now look at me! I'm down nearly 12lbs from my highest weight and the weight just keeps coming off! It's a wonderful feeling.

Today would normally be a gym day, however, in a strange twist of events, I had to work today. I normally don't work Mondays so needless to say, it has thrown me off a bit. I was going to try and get up early and go this morning, but I was still cramping pretty bad. But alas, it's only the first day of the week and I have plan to make the other days work!

Starting with tomorrow :)

Day 1 is done, 6 more days to go!
