I spend the first part of my day out having a special sister/brother lunch with my big brother, Chris. It consisted of running some errands, some important chats and our signature lunch... sushi! Now now, before you go off on me about having sushi again, I didn't eat NEARLY as much sushi as I normally would have and I still felt full. This definitely means my stomach is shrinking, and or getting used to the food that I am feeding myself becoming able to recognize when enough is enough. Needless to say, I had a full meal without over doing it.
After that, it was one of my most dreaded things... grocery shopping. However, I went with my wonderful mama and we always have a good time. Grocery shopping just continues to evoke this ADD function in my brain where I just can't tell if I'm coming or going. I'm so scatter-brained when I grocery shop. I know I drive my mama nuts, but she's a trooper through my weird shopping antics.
We ended up getting back a little later than what I thought so I decided to put off exercising for the evening but the plan is to go tomorrow night for 1 hour if not 2 hours, maybe Saturday morning and definitely Sunday morning. I'm curious to see how working out on a day before my weigh in on Monday could help with my results. This should be interesting!
