Then, came work out time. I really had to force myself to go, because all I wanted to do was sleep. However, I knew if I didn't go, I would be extremely disappointed in myself and we all know that's not a good attitude to have when you're trying to get healthy! So off to the gym I went! To summarize:
Bike - 25 minutes plus a 5 minute cool down
Elliptical - 25 minutes plus a 5 minute cool down
The circuit training at the gym continues to tease me... I so badly want to try it, yet I'm afraid of collapsing from a massive coronary. I keep telling myself "next time", except "next time" has yet to come. I'm sure sometime soon, I'll build the courage to attempt it. Until then, I'll stick to my routine.
