Week 3 - Day 5

What a day!

After work, was exercise time and to be honest, this is the most pain I've felt in a while. It's a good pain though! :) I think I did something different on the elliptical tonight because I felt the burn in my butt hahahaha! I really don't have too much to update on as far as exercising and the rest of the day goes because I'm actually heading to bed early tonight. Gotta work at 9am. Boo! Anyways, to summarize:

Bike - 25 minutes plus a 5 minute cool down
Elliptical - 25 minutes plus a 5 minute cool down

That's it for the exercise days this week kids, now here's to a fun weekend!
