Week 3 - Day 1

Well today is a new day to start off the new week. Sadly, it didn't start as inspiring as last week.

I woke up this morning, weighed in and saw that I had gained 1.4lbs. I will admit, at first, I was just completely discouraged. But after some calming down and figuring, I realized that even though I gained some weight, I'm still on track for my goal. It was nice being ahead of the game, but I will just have to work that much harder this week to get back on track.

Today was an exercise day, you all should know the drill by now so here's the summary:

Bike - 25 minutes with a 5 minute cool down
Elliptical - 20 minutes with a 5 minute cool down

I'm going to go to the gym 4 times this week, we shall see how that works out!

Day 1 down, 6 days to go!
