Today was another non-gym day. I know, I know... it must seem like i am really slacking on the exercising. Don't worry! I swear I'm not slacking! I plan on going to the gym the next three days. Like I've said before, working retail doesn't necessarily permit a regular schedule and it just so happened that yesterday I worked 1 to 10 and then this morning 9 to 3:30. So it left virtually no time to go to the gym unfortunately without complete exhaustion. And complete exhaustion isn't healthy! So no worries, tomorrow morning I'm back at the gym! It must be a good sign that I miss the gym though right?
On a different note, I got a letter from my doctor with the results of all my blood work. No high cholesterol, no high blood sugar, and normal thyroid! Definitely some good news. My levels are all in the 'perfect' zone which is quite great for someone of my size. This is definitely a motivator for me, to keep these levels in the perfect zone!
