What's On the Menu? 1.1

Breakfast:
My spin on Starbuck's Green Tea Lemonade (look for the recipe soon!)
Peanut Butter and Oats Fiber One Bar
Total Calories: 210

Snack:
1 Rice cake, 7 mini Apple Cinnamon Rice cakes
Total Calories: 100

Lunch:
Deli Sandwich with three thin slices of turkey, 1 slice of muenster cheese, two thin slices of hard salami, and 1 thin slice of black forest ham
With 3 mini pickles
And a Glass of Water
Total Calories: 386

Snack:
Spongebob Fruit Snacks (Yes I'm a child at heart)
Total Calories: 80

Dinner:
4 oz Grilled Chicken, seasoned with garlic salt and pepper
1 cup of steamed veggies (frozen mixture)
Garlic Butter glaze
I cheated a little bit and I had a glass of Faygo Red Pop. Which, if you're from Michigan, you know is quite addictive!
